"Il Giusto" is a comprehensive fitness web app designed to bridge the gap between high level personal training and digital scalability. The platform connects three distinct user profiles, Athletes, Coaches, and Administrators, to deliver personalized, AI-driven workout and nutrition plans. By combining Machine Learning with human oversight, the app ensures that every program is scientifically optimized yet safely supervised by a professional coach.
A highly professional gym in Turin was outgrowing its manual systems. For years, highly specific training and dietary data were managed via Excel spreadsheets and paper notes. This made it nearly impossible to scale the business or provide real time remote support. The Goal was to transform a fragmented, manual process into a unified digital experience. The main problem was preventing data loss, automating progress tracking, and enabling the coach to manage a growing remote client base without losing the human touch.
I designed a dual flow interface. For Athletes, the focus is on a seamless daily routine: checking workouts, planning meals, and reporting body measurements. For Coaches, a high density Dashboard (Desktop-first) that allows for real time data monitoring, direct communication, and program adjustments based on the algorithm's feedback and account manager .
Recognizing that most of the gym's clients are experienced, I designed a "Lean Workout Card." It prioritizes timers and rep-tracking for speed, while keeping video tutorials behind a "one-tap" link to keep the UI clean. This balances the needs of both Noobs (who need guidance) and Pros (who need efficiency).

I designed a flexible diet program where athletes can choose recommended recipes or compose their own. The UI works in tandem with the backend algorithm, ensuring that even when a user "freely composes" a meal, it remains within the nutritional boundaries set by the coach.

The UI is specifically tailored for a male audience (ages 25–65). To communicate strength, discipline, and focus, I implemented a Dark Theme paired with a bold, high-contrast typography system. This aesthetic creates a "premium gym" feel that resonates with users looking for a serious, results-oriented platform.
This project was a deep dive into the realities of Product Design. While the UX/UI phase was completed on a tight deadline, the project faced significant development hurdles during the hand-off phase. Managing the transition from design to code taught me the vital importance of developer collaboration and the need for realistic technical scoping in the early stages of a MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
What can I actually do as a Designer?
UX/UI Designer based in Spain with a solid background in direct client management and operational problem solving, gained over 5 years of experience. Fearless and reliable, I listen to stories and translate them into memorable experiences. A believer in the power of smiling.
